These Terms of Service govern your use of Reg Guard, operated by Pitaniello Perkins LLC, at app.regguardagent.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Reg Guard sells citeable pre-bid / pre-LOI site diligence for DFW–Austin commercial–industrial and DC-adjacent work. Outputs are planning aids. Each finding is labeled Source (with a real page) or Unverified. Reg Guard does not print a 0–100 risk score, a feeder megawatt, a queue position, or a permit-dollar total when a city uses a valuation or floor-area table. This is not a quote, sealed bid, Phase I ESA, interconnection study, geotech report, or AHJ filing. Reg Guard is not a law firm, engineering firm, surveying firm, or licensed design professional, and does not provide legal advice. Confirm every line with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) before you bid or file.
By submitting your mobile phone number, checking the unchecked-by-default SMS consent box, and requesting text delivery in the RegGuard app (or the public opt-in evidence page at app.regguardagent.com/sms-opt-in), you consent to receive transactional SMS from RegGuard / Pitaniello Perkins LLC about your research request, Bid Risk Receipt or share links, related order/PDF status updates, and (if you enable them) Saved Job / ZIP-watch alerts. Paid plans and one-time purchases are described at checkout or on the pricing page. Plan names are Free Lookups, Estimator / Permit Runner ($79/mo), Contractor Pro ($149/mo), IC Diligence Bundle ($1,500/site), and IC Annual ($15,000/yr after one Diligence Bundle). Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements). Reg Guard does not store card numbers. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once research delivery has begun or digital results have been made available.
The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." Municipal rules, fees, and requirements change and may be incomplete in public sources. Always verify critical decisions with the AHJ, licensed professionals, and primary source documents before bidding, filing, or building. Lines marked Unverified require confirm-with-AHJ. Do not treat a Reg Guard artifact as a quote, sealed bid, Phase I ESA, interconnection study, geotech report, or AHJ filing.
