These Terms of Service govern your use of RegGuard, operated by Pitaniello Perkins LLC, at app.regguardagent.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.
RegGuard provides planning diligence tools for contractors, including research summaries, punch lists, and related documents. Outputs are planning aids for citeable pre-bid diligence — not quotes, sealed bids, interconnection studies, geotech reports, power studies, or AHJ approvals. Unverified lines and fee dollars must be confirmed with the Authority Having Jurisdiction and licensed professionals. RegGuard does not invent fees that are not grounded in sources.
By submitting your mobile phone number, checking the unchecked-by-default SMS consent box, and requesting text delivery in the RegGuard app (or the public opt-in evidence page at app.regguardagent.com/sms-opt-in), you consent to receive transactional SMS from RegGuard / Pitaniello Perkins LLC about your research request, Bid Risk Receipt or share links, related order/PDF status updates, and (if you enable them) Saved Job / ZIP-watch alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing RegGuard services where alternatives (such as email) are available. Paid plans and one-time purchases are described at checkout or on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements). Reg Guard does not store card numbers. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once research delivery has begun or digital results have been made available.
The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." Municipal rules, fees, and requirements change and may be incomplete in public sources. Always verify critical decisions with the AHJ, licensed professionals, and primary source documents before bidding, filing, or building.
