This is the single Privacy Policy that applies to our website, website opt-in flows, and SMS / text messaging program. No other privacy policy applies to RegGuard SMS.

If you provide a mobile number in the RegGuard web app, check the unchecked-by-default consent box, and request SMS (for example, by entering your number and clicking "Text me" after a site lookup — or via the public evidence page at https://app.regguardagent.com/sms-opt-in), you consent to receive transactional text messages from RegGuard / Pitaniello Perkins LLC about that research request, Bid Risk Receipt or shareable report links, related order or PDF-ready notices, and (if you enable them) Saved Job / ZIP-watch alerts.

We may use operational service providers that help us deliver messages you requested (for example, our SMS gateway such as Twilio).
